4. Safety Protection

Installation Problem Solving Solutions
1、door up and down button not working well and with noise
（1）The problem may be that the gap between the door panels and the rails on both sides of the door is not wide enough.
（2）The hinge installation is not vertical, causing the roller to rub the track and affect the normal operation of the door.
（3）The wire rope door plates on both sides are different in length, which causes the door body to be skewed and difficult to open.
2、door panel cannot go up adn down
（1）It is possible that the torsion spring ratio is incorrect and the door panel is overweight.
（2）The torsion spring is installed in the wrong direction.
（3）The door panel installation is skewed.
